The Three Minute Mile

There was a television show in the 50s called (obviously) Science Fiction Theater.  It came on Saturday night after Gunsmoke and Palladin. Generally it scared kids to death.

One of the episodes has some traction with the A-Rod stuff and it is below.

The NY Yankees save some millions yesterday.  A certain Hall of Fame infielder lost what the Yankees saved and any chance at Cooperstown.

I don't care much for franchises that pay $30 million or so to have someone catch a ball. That equates, by the way, to about $12/seat/game just to keep him in steroids.  The entire thing is so out of whack I don't know what to say.

Shame on us for supporting such nonsense.....
