Nice article/commentary here regarding BP and posing the question as to how long this miscreant of a company should stay in charge of this mess.
Pundits last night speculated that this could actually put BP out of business if they hadn't secured a "cap" on liability. So someone is going to pay here if it isn't them and by golly I don't think many people are just going to let it drag out in court for 10-20 years like the Exxon spill in Alaska.
I watch BP commercials on television - well now they are on youtube because someone had the good sense to drop them off the air until the PR from this disaster gets into gear - and watch how nicely the company can spend $3million dollars on sending what is now clearly the wrong message. With gulf shrimp threatening to go to $30/lb if you can get them....well...
