I've got a spendid idea for our congress

Well I'm willing to listen to good ideas about congress anyway. The idea that I had would probably fall under sedition if not the murder statutes so I'll waive my grand plan and wait for your responses.

Krugman had a nice column in the NYTimes today and we would do well to learn from this observation. About half of the country will nod its collective head in agreement.  The other half will have their hair set on fire as a result because it is, after all, from the NYTimes. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the problem with congress.   There is a great song from the musical 1776..Piddle Twiddle and Resolve.  Required listening.
