All Hat and No Horse - a short pictorial

There is an sayin' down Texas way that sometimes cowboy

wannabees are all hat and no horse.....

they mount up, stand tall in he saddle, put on some big hat
and tend to ride off in all directions.

The Buffalo Bobs of the world could spot one of these folks a
mile away as he did often with Mayor Phineas T. Bluster
of Doodyville...but many folks thought that Phineas
was live instead of a puppet even if you could see his strings.

Lots of kids remember Mr. Know-it-all from Rocky and
Bullwinkle.  He was a Phineas successor...we have one now
but but hasn't found his horse....
