Some pre-air music to start your day

\

35 years ago I worked part time at a commercial classical music station in Oklahoma (not mutually exclusive but pretty much).  I was the weekend morning "voice".   Our broadcast day started at 4am - plenty early - after signing out at 1am.  Pre-air, we used some music to test the transmitter, get the levels right and make the coffee for the 8 hours that would follow.

I used this  wonderful, gentle piece of music. Start your day with a good thought.

Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est.
Congregavit nos in unum Christi amor.
Exultemus, et in ipso jucundemur.
Timeamus, et amemus Deum vivum.
Et ex corde diligamus nos sincero.

Where charity and love are, God is there.
Christ's love has gathered us into one.
Let us rejoice and be pleased in Him.
Let us fear, and let us love the living God.
And may we love each other with a sincere heart.

Unto the ages through infinite ages. Amen.
