Rudy Giuliani |
“I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America,” Giuliani said during the dinner at the 21 Club, a former Prohibition-era speakeasy in midtown Manhattan. “He doesn’t love you. And he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up through love of this country.” (writer's note: that means Rudy notes that he isn't all white...he is a Negro in part...not black or African American, but a part Negro - make no mistake).
With Walker sitting just a few seats away, Giuliani continued by saying that “with all our flaws we’re the most exceptional country in the world. I’m looking for a presidential candidate who can express that, do that and carry it out.”
The first part is just fluff. Mindless gunk; a .22 in a .357 world so to speak. The American
Exceptionalism is the stuff that really sets me off....it's this "we are better than you" so go stick it mentality. It is offensive to the rest of the world, or at least to the 25 or so countries that have been school results, universal health care, higher life expectancy and a bunch of other things.
Mostly it is this "rub mud in your face" attitude that permeates these oaf's persona; they stick it to the poor because they can. They promote themselves shamelessly because we let them and don't have the clout to punch them in the nose.
This man Giuliani is awful. He should be ashamed. We should be ashamed of him. I am.
