Some pictures speak louder than any words...not in the cliche sense but what do you say here? What music is appropriate? verse? prose"

I was reading some amazing posts on a site that is for some folks with a very bad disease.  I wandered over to the caregiver part of it and felt that the picture was a family standing firm; resolute against what is sure to come. Infinite courage and resolve.
