I've thought about it quite a lot

I sat next to a couple on an American Airlines flight...30 perhaps... on their way from Chicago to NY for a long weekend. He had pictures of 2 children on his I-pad so figured they were parents getting away.  Good for them.

We flew up the Hudson route before circling in Connecticut for a N-S landing at the airport.

They were nice, courteous, genuine and devoted to each other (so it looked and probably true).

This is what much of life is about. This obvious caring and courtesy. It was pretty nice.  I thought how nice it would be if all of us were looking for a way to be nice to someone known or unknown....just as a matter or course....what people do.
