The good Senator from the fair Republic of Texas is eating up the republican's 15 hours of allotted time on the budget debate. Each party has 15 hours to make their case.  Mr. Cruz is going to spend the 15 hours reading children's stories.

We have all had experiences with jerks like this fella;  the guy at the wedding who can't shut up while giving a toast, the college professor in love with his own voice, the gossipy neighbor...you get the drill.  There are people with nothing to say and they want to take your time to say it.
