Crisp

First signs of the real fall
I like the word "crisp"; as in crisp air or a potato slice fried to a crisp. It comes from the Latin crispus meaning to curl or be curled. Would that mean a curly hair-doo would be crisp hair?

Anyway it is crisp.  The air is like crystal and it is 45 degrees with a nice NW wind. Blues are very blue on days like this and the water against the grass is perfect.  The trees are speaking as the old saying goes.

They see winter ahead. Fall starts in a week.
