So the headlines flash "Did Cruz help or hurt (the GOP, civility, nature, etc.)" with his mock-filibuster. 

Aside from inferring that he was standing on the right side of history and the rest of us were Nazi oppressors, he had very little to say other than some stuff about green eggs and ham.
