Glenn Beck gives me the willies

Well, Glenn does give me the willies.  For those of you unfamiliar either with the "Beckster" or the term "willies", Glenn is a former TV host on Faux Noise who had a habit of making stuff up out of whole cloth and passing it on as the truth; i.e. the world is ending and God is going to get you a week early type of stuff.

I had a friend who had a sister who worked as a segment producer on his show. I advised her to find another gig as Beck was a Titanic waiting to happen. 

The "willies" is an interesting phrase as it is interchangeable with giving someone the "creeps", meaning scaring folks - looks like he has seen a ghost type of thing.  The word/phrase probably comes from Serbian "vila" or more German/English as a "willi", which is something of a spirit or ghost, the appearance or proximity of which causes one to shake or tremble. Enter Glenn Beck.

He is back in the news. If this light fantastic doesn't scare you........
