to be 5 again

Not 5 degrees; five years old.  Cupcakes with doggies. Disney on Ice.  The kids warning Snow White not to eat the apple and minutes later singing along to a song from Aladdin.

We thought about that a bit.  The singing along thing. 5 year olds knowing all the words. i-Pads? Old fashion CDs?  How does this happen in a digital world where everything costs something?

It was fun.  The subway ride to and from was an adventure. $12 cotton candy took my breath away. A 5 year old birthday girl shrieking with delight is without a price.  (my guess is there were a lot of folks singing "someday my prince"....)
