Just call me crazy.

This fella was shopping in a JC Penny somewhere in Utah. His rifle was unloaded per state law.  Not sure about his handgun. He had ammunition clips we gather for a rapid load-'em-up in case of something.

He was acting perfectly legally. That should make you wince.

If you don't think he is crazy and shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets period let alone with a gun then please let me know what makes this acceptable?  I know in the hubris that is nationalism, we don't care if others around the world think we are insane on the gun issue but perhaps they are right.
