Well, golly !!!

When I was a kid, there were four football (college) bowl games, all on New Year's Day. Now there are 34 or something like that so that means just about every team that wins half its games goes somewhere and makes some money off ESPN.

One of my Alma Maters, Michigan State, was playing in some forsaken bowl in Arizona last night that had to do with Buffalo Wild Wings and it didn't start to something like midnight.  It was a great game. My team won.  The other team played great as well so it wasn't some lopsided thing.  It was a fair game, well played and exciting as all get out.

Just letting you know.  Besides, our Alma Mater was written by Verdi (indirectly), so.........
