I've remarked often about the fantastic music program (the system) in Venezuela. Here is evidence - meet some high school aged kids. These kids met up with Prokofiev - a giant of a composer - it was a draw; both declared the winners. (don't kid yourself - this is a hugely difficult piece of music)
