I'm watching CNBC. They are broadcasting live from Athens, Greece and the scene playing out are the riots over the austerity vote soon to happen.
The commentary is "this is what Wall Street was eager to see"...meaning riots mean that the banks etc. will have money to keep doing what they do and the poor people will get 1. stuck with the bill and 2. stuck with the aftermath.
