Lindsay says the necklace was "on loan". The store says it was stolen. The DA agrees with the store and about this time, PDT today, she will wonder into court and maybe not wonder out for a while.
She will get bail and the same motley crew of handlers and hangers on will supply her with drugs and booze, enable her in a multitude of ways, and somehow further brainwash this waif that stores loan jewelry to drug addicted "stars"....well they might, but not her, not now.
She has talent. Not my cup of tea but she has talent that others did enjoy. She got the short end of the stick with family which didn't help and appears to make the worst possible choices just about every time. It is a shame.
