Fountains

I had one on my desk. I bought it for $5.00 someplace and water bubbles up out of stones and hits a little wind chime. I find it soothing. My wife found it messy.  It is now at some thrift shop awaiting "regifting".

There are of course a lot of pieces of music that are about fountains because, perhaps, they are of no real purpose other than to blend the aesthetic with the utilitarian.  You need water? Well how about we make a pretty pump.

These are two of my favorites.  They are both very nice.
