When you are looking for an employee....

I look for someone with drive and concentration. Someone who clearly goes the extra mile...perhaps several miles...someone who puts themselves out there come what may and relies on ability and practice to get them there.

I'm not sure of the persons name who is "playing".  I do know of the person who is watching her play and she is 16 and an international budding star.

The young person on the left come from a destitute family by our standards as does the violinist on the right. Both will secure jobs with major orchestras in the next couple years because they are incredibly dedicated to task. That means Oliva and her friend spend upwards of 10 hours a day practicing and in class outside of school to achieve.

If you think you can do what these two can do (see below) or what 100 plus others her age can do, I challenge you. These are people with a purpose and a burning dedication.  You could offer them any job on earth and they would do it or die trying.
