City Hall Subway Stop - This train will not stop

I've seen it - accidentally and it was years back when I made an error on the 6 train and wanted to get a seat uptown so I just kinda hid out and the train turned around and I saw this.  Now it is a "story" on Yahoo.

There are others as well. Not like this unfortunately...not built for Hizzzhonor the Mayor types.  More built for the people who use them.
