I am assuming no one remembers this guy...an MIT/Harvard math lecturer who was a hit 40+ years ago among the "liberal elite" or, better put, anyone with half a brain and a sense of humor. It was a time when you had to listen carefully and not take the sound bite, when David Frost did interviews and ran a talk show here that skewered Nixon and others and if you weren't on your "A game" you got creamed. It was great sport. Lehrer did any number of appearances with him...here is one as a sample. You need to know who he was.
