In High School (only if you could drive and your parents were out of their minds) there was a chinese restaurant in Detroit near Belle Isle..or you could go from "a to b" with some luck (NO GPS...just watch the dashboard compass). The Belle Isle place was where the Detroit Symphony did nightly free concerts. The chinese place was Victor Lims I think...but they had a noodle guy...he wheeled out a big table and the restaurant went quiet and watched him....the trick, I'm told and remember, is the number of "spreads"......anyway it was great fun...
