Speaking of dancing bears...

The guy on the left is Chris Cox, former President Richard Nixon's grandson, village resident (of sorts) and aspirant to the 1st Congressional Seat from the State of New York (the Hamptons).

My wife and I went shopping for a book or a gift certificate on Wednesday for my very very good son in law who is going to be a father for the second time in short order.  On the way to the bookstore, we encountered Mr. Cox who was shooting a TV or at least a video advertisement on Main Street.  There was a camera person, a "coach" and Mr. Cox.  There wasn't anyone in else in a mile of him.

What that must have felt like...to be a candidate for high office, to be Nixon's grandson and to be standing all alone on a sidewalk in your home town...with an aide telling him to "not to use your hands so much when you talk". (exact quote).

Bishop, the incumbant doesn't use his hands when he talks. Nor his brain.  He would be, as the GOP would say "the lowest of the low hanging fruit".  Earth to Bishop:  "this is the Hamptons....source of more money than you can imagine and out there for the getting"...but no. You have to be a fellow with no ideas and seemingly no ability.

Now we get this guy Cox to challenge him and he is even worse....he brings nothing to the table.  He probably could but he is so badly handled by his staff that he, if he had any guts whatsoever would tell all these idiots to get lost...specially someone who films a commercial of him telling his story and invites no one.
