Well it takes a minute because you have to crack the eggs and heat the pan

I enjoy cooking...actually having done that in a starred restaurant in a hotel for a year. If I had my druthers as to what job I would go do day in and day out, it would be that.  I would love to retire to a small B&B with some acreage for growing a large garden, a chicken coup for the eggs and NOT to kill chickens, and perhaps a trout stream...yes. a trout stream.

Every morning I would hold forth for an hour or two in the dinning area of my B&B and make omelettes on demand for the guests....just like this.
