I caught a re-run of "You've got mail" yesterday when I was doing some repainting of my home office - well helping and being directed that is. I really like what would be "big band" music and particularly like music from the 20s that still exists here and there. I have a lot of CDs so was content.
My dad had lots of this stuff on records when he died and I thought of putting them into a converter to CD but haven't just because the image of him changing records would be lost. Paper Moon - the Tatum O'Neill debut from 30-40 years ago is much a favorite...the story is good, the acting superb, the setting and direction very much a really something. The music is my favorite.
