Arturo Márquez is a Mexican composer. He wrote this utterly charming piece. Not to bore you but he is just 60 years old and spent a lot of time in the S. LA public schools. I just mention this after posting about Fremont, Nebraska (below) a few hours ago. Its 11am and about 80 degrees...i've got work or it would be the hammock and a collins...rats....
