Senator Coburn and Ms. Kagan get into it a bit here. This segment is seriously out of context and is chopped, originally by Drudge et al, to cast Ms. Kagan in a bad light for conservatives. One over riding bad feature of YouTube is stuff gets put up and can be pre-edited seven ways from Sunday and unless you are monitoring the original you won't ever know that, due to editing, it isn't exactly the whole truth. I'll just start the day or finish it (3am here) with that thought.
