The Big Picture

In the early 50s there was a War Department produced or some Dr. Strangeglove weekly documentary put out called "The Big Picture".  It was narrated by some staff Sargent and coming out of WW2 mostly and the Korean War "fight the communists" and cold war USSR atomic bomb...well it was our version of Alexander Nevsky but without the Prokofiev music.

Here is a clip and I think fairly accurate as to what was on tap for watchers.  Draw your own conclusions.
