Want to see an example of misplaced priorities?

This is Texas Stadium. Or was. That place between Dallas and Fort Worth somewhere that housed the Cowboys..you know the one..with the hole in the roof?  So it hasn't been used for a few years as the good citizens of that region built another for the Cowboys and this, well, it just wasn't viable. It got its due a day or two ago...ton of dynamite and poof... down it came. I think of the stadium at the University of Michigan (the "big house") which is about 100 years old..added to countless times (I have a photo of it from 1908...the "brick wall" that is still there is the original). For crying out loud, this is a place to watch a GAME.  Instead of just going and watching a game we spend a couple billion dollars..money that we had at the time but don't have now. Well for crying out loud.
