The New Yorker online runs a weekly contest that asks you to caption the cartoon. Oh this will be wicked fun as Harry Potter loves to say.

We will start with O'Really?'s comment:

“You know, governor, the perception of you is that you’re not that smart?”

I'll add mine:  "Ohhh Bill, the moon is too far away to go there and we would need a heckava bridge ya'betcha!"
