Salon just had a blog thread about Mr. Limbaugh and I offer this thought as he recovers at probably $5,000+ a day. With his health insurance he will get the finest care possible and, as he probably has the kind that reimburses everything and everybody, he won't have a huge bill or "contribution to the out of network deductible" that eats up on average about $5,000 per incidence.
But what if Rush were suddenly in the street without work and faced with securing health insurance...fat, history of drug use, smoker, obvious drinker, without doubt pre-existing conditions galore - then what Rush???
I wish him s speedy and long lasting recovery if for no other reason than he will see the start of health care reform and if he lives a while longer he will have to endure it being offered widely to all kinds of people...even that housekeeper of his who he had buy drugs for him.
Nothing can be too good for our Rushbo.
