Oh this is great. First of the year and health insurance companies have figured out that they need to get what they can get before the congress acts so after we got our health care statement and new co-pays...just at $1,000/mo and $40 co-pay, we, with presecriptions as I am diabetic and my SO has some regular meds, well, between what we pay, what BC/BS calls our personal deductible (that is when we have an anesthesiologist who is hired by the hospital but not under the program although it clearly states we can go to anyone anytime...we just have to pay for it), well the math adds up to about $23,000 a year. Two otherwise healthy people. That is "net money" too which means it would take a $30,000 a year job just to cover medical for two people. Nice.
