I'm not a poor sport. I wasn't really rooting for someone who ran an idiotic campaign with all the sensitivity of an elephant in the rose garden, so congrats are in order for this fella Brown and we wish him well.
The vote will now be 58 or so to 41 or so on everything so you would think that the democratic agenda will pass easily. I think that isn't going to be the case and we will suffer for it. Not that Obama's plans and tactics, his game plan so to speak, isn't managed by ineffective nabobs, it most certainly is.
The certainty of fillibuster for just about everything on the plate is looming and that is bothersum for the republic. Oh well. With no good leadership, no way through the "storm" that we are in, i'm not long on hope this morning. Maybe things will get better during the day...like Brown will renounce his party and work for the collective good. Fat chance.
