The Great Blizzard of 09

Trapped!!! Trapped by 20 inches of wind (howling) driven snow out here on Long Island.

Issue is that the snow doesn't seem to fall evenly.  Looking out my office window I see off color grass lawn and a snowbank that is 8 feet high.

Of course the 8 feet tappers of to 4 feet that was uniformly across the driveway and up to the front and back door.

Trapped!!! Trapped I say.
