Long Island Sound at Truman's Beach
This is what a friend of mine calls a snapshot, not a picture.  She is a professional artist with the camera and doesn't take snaps like this. My artistic dreams are dashed on the rocks.

I wonder what draws us to pull over roadside and take a picture - loads of them actually and to the point where your cell-camera is all clogged up with things that are better left to the mind's eye.  Maybe it is the magic that comes from standing in the same spot at various times and finding things completely different. This one is from a while back:


This was from the same spot looking west just the other day.

Maybe if someone stays in the same spot 24/7 365 they will see everything there is to see (sea).
