It used to be before we got all carb and gluten crazy we would buy some good bread, slather the mayo, break off some iceberg lettuce and use up the turkey. If that doesn't suit your fancy, then try this. You can also use chicken if you eat up the turkey. Just let it cook all day.
Cook it all day on medium. No leftovers.
|White TURKEY Chili should look something like this|
|1.25 lbs||Boneless/skinless turkey leftovers, cut into cubes|
|2 cups||Chicken broth|
|1||(11 oz) Can white corn, drained|
|2||(15 oz) Cans Great Northern Beans, drained|
It is optional but a package of "mexican blend" cheese is really good.
|1/2 cup||Fat free sour cream (or plain lowfat Greek yogurt)|
|1||Small white onion, chopped|
|1||(4 oz) Can green chiles, chopped|
|1||(14 oz) Can diced tomatoes.drained|
|1/2 tsp||Garlic powder|
cup or two of milk or 1/2 & 1/2 right at the end
|1 pkt||White Bean Chili Seasoning Mix (or 1-2 tbs chili seasoning) to taste.|
