This is simple.  Homeland Security will run out of money in 2 weeks. The House, which Mr. Boehner leads, passed a bill for funding.  Attached to that bill is a provision that rolls back the immigration reforms that President imposed last year. The republicans offer nothing to replace these reforms nor do they offer any solution.  They are the party of no.

The measure won't come up in the senate because Democrats want a clean bill on Homeland Security. Republicans are trying to play tricky rope-a-dope.  Democrats aren't buying.

Boehner now says that if Homeland Security shuts down it will be the Democrates' fault.
