It appears we have free speech rights in the US as long as you tow the line. The religious right has started a little nonsense about the First Amendment (they don't seem to like some of it) - and now that Ms. O'Donnell has noted dryly that the phraase "separation of church and state" doesn't appear verbatim in the First Amendment, well then it doesn't exist. Overturning 200 years of law will be a tough nut but Ms. O'Donnell appears to be up the the task on both fronts. Tough and Nuts.
Look. you take it all or you take none of it. There are 5 basic freedoms in the 1st amendment and they are OUR RIGHTS You can't take them away or pow-zoom, you will be living somewhere else because it will no longer be the United States.
