Ahhhh a game with applications to life

Is this thing (game) a plant (pun) by the American Lawn Mower Society?

My sense of this is if you plan for efficiency in cutting the grass so be it. I try new patterns every time and when I get one that is 1. fastest and 2. least up the hill, I use it. I have now 5 sections - roadway and border, parking area surround, side and front door part (our house is on a long narrow lot), the infamous down near the wetlands and the brush area and finally the 10 foot low to high hilly back yard elevation differential.

I might start with a plan. It lasts about 1 section.
